A web application for marking and managing places on an interactive map. Explore, drop a marker, attach a note, and come back to it later — the persistence is the feature, because a map you cannot return to is just a viewer.
The interface is deliberately clean. Mapping applications acquire controls quickly, and every one of them competes with the map itself for attention; keeping the chrome minimal is what leaves room for the thing the user came to look at.
Notes attached to locations turn the map from a lookup tool into a personal record — the difference between finding a place and remembering why it mattered.
Mark it, note it, keep it
Locations saved with notes and persisted, so the map becomes a personal record rather than a session that disappears on refresh.
Clean UI, on purpose
Map interfaces accumulate controls fast, and each one competes with the map. Keeping the chrome minimal is the design decision.
