Product detail pages are where an e-commerce application either works or quietly loses the sale. The work here is building them for a customer-facing storefront: responsive UI components, product data rendered against backend APIs, and variant selection logic that has to stay correct as the catalogue changes underneath it.

Alongside the feature work, reusable front-end components and shared logic across the PDP and adjacent pages — which cuts duplicated code and, more usefully, standardises behaviour so the next feature does not have to relitigate how a thing should act.

The other half is quality. A modular Java automation framework on Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and Maven with a Page Object Model design, with regression and smoke suites wired into CI/CD pipelines. 100+ end-to-end cases across core modules surfaced 30+ defects; 20+ critical ones were traced through application code and logs to root cause and shipped with regression coverage so they stay fixed.
